GUIDELINES & EXIT PROCEDURES:
1. CHECK IN (4pm) - CHECK OUT (10am), unless alternative times are pre-approved by the host.

2. GUEST ACCESS: Entire house with exception to a few storage closets and garage.

3. FRONT DOOR: (If it's dark outside, push the bottom-left checkmark to light up keypad) Then, enter code to unlock (supplied in email after booking).

4. QUIET HOURS : Please adhere to quiet hours between 9pm - 9am, including loud voices that can echo late at night over the spa jets. This is strictly enforced and regulated by San Bernardino County. If code enforcement is called, the $1000 fine will be billed to you. Wrightwood is a little slice of heaven where families and guests cherish nature and serenity. Knotty by Nature is not a party cabin! If you treat it as such, you will be asked to leave without reimbursement. On the flip side, if you are looking for a nice getaway for your family, joint-families, or small groups of respectable adults who treat our home with respect, you won't find better!  In booking with us you affirm and agree to abide by our “Good Neighbor Policy”,

5. CAMERAS: We regulate outdoor activity (human/pet movement and sound decibel levels) via cameras and noise monitoring systems that survey the exterior of the house - front and back.

6. OCCUPANCY: Max occupancy (8/adults, 10/cars. For a fee, same-day guests may visit if pre-approved by the host.

7. NO STAYS over 28 days.

8. PETS: Well trained pets allowed. You will be financially responsible for any dirt or damage to home/interior (including rugs and furniture).

9. NO SMOKING, vaping, or weed inside the house. ($300 fine)

10. INDOOR FIRES: We have a very quirky fireplace, that can result in smoke damage easily. For that reason, there is only and electric insert for guest use.

11. OUTDOOR FIRES: Wrightwood restricts wood-burning fires outdoors. For your  "campfire" experience, enjoy our propane pit.

12 ACCIDENTS: If you break something, please let us know. We understand that accidents happen and have insurance for that reason. Please alert us in a timely manner so that we can make a report. If we are not told and something goes unnoticed, we will charge a "late-fix" fee appropriate to the item's value. 
13. TV: Designate your duration of stay and stream your own channels (Roku Directions Video)

14. EXIT PROCEDURES (leave the cabin as you found it):

     -Deposit trash in designated outdoor bins. To avoid an excess trash fee, take overage and/or larger items (boxes, etc) with you when you leave

         and discard elsewhere. Allowance: 2 bags per night stay.

     -Kindly pick up after your fur-babies.

     -Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen. You can run the dishwasher upon exit.

     -Leave all linens and towels "as is" for the cleaning service.

     -If you've used an air mattress, no need to deflate.

     -Turn thermostat to 63 degrees (Thermostat Directions Video)

     -Turn off all lights except for the front and back yards. The tree is on a timer so no need to mess with it.

     -Confirm sliders are locked.

     -Exit front door and push the "lower-right lock" icon.

15. AGAIN... No parties!
